For our international orders, our typical shipping timeframe falls within 3–7 business days from the fulfillment date. Once your order is dispatched, you will promptly receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to conveniently monitor your shipment directly through our website.
Our order processing generally takes 1–2 business days. Since we collaborate with trusted global merchants and expert handmade artisans, your order may be fulfilled from different locations around the world. In some cases, when purchasing multiple items, you may receive them in separate packages.
We offer two distinct shipping options for each order:
Standard Shipping: Available for both domestic and international orders via USPS or FedEx (depending on your location). Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days and does not include additional order insurance or warranties. However, both USPS and FedEx provide standard insurance for shipped orders. In the event of a delivery issue, you may need to file a claim directly with USPS or FedEx for compensation.
Premium Shipping: Our premium shipping option, available for both domestic and international orders through USPS or FedEx, typically delivers within 1–3 business days and includes our insurance package. If any issue arises during the delivery process, our team will handle the claim with the carrier on your behalf. Depending on the circumstances, we will promptly arrange either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
